Commercial Work - Children Book Art Cover

This is a book cover project I did for the publisher Riddleland, Epic Stories for Kids.
I'm in charge of redesigning the old book cover.
After discussing with the client, we decided to feature Einstein in the centre of the cover, and let him be surrounded by the animals and aliens. The characters surrounded Einstein are designed based on the true stories that happened in real life. For example, the sailor who survived after being swallowed by a sperm whale. They are designed in a funny-looking way to let the book look more interesting and attractive.

I created this entirely in Photoshop.
